Kim Koettbullar Takes on Extreme Shitting and Clyster Enemas

Kim Koettbullar is poised in the bathroom, her eyes drilling into the toilet. She starts unloading, the sound as her shit hitting the water echoing through the room. She reaches down to inspect the piles, her fingers dig into the fresh feces, smearing it around her thighs and buttocks.

After a moment, Kim inserts a clyster enema, filling herself with warm water. The liquid mixes with her internal waste, causing a gush of diarrhea as she shits again. She carries on to play with her piles, working over the damage and the texture of her crap. The entire clip is proof of her dedication to amateur scat porn.
