Kim Koettbullar Shits and Smears in Extreme Solo Scat Set

As Kim Koettbullar prepares for her clyster, the reek of antiseptic fills the air. She inserts the tube and waits as the liquid fills her bowels. Moments later, she shits, the stool piling up around her. She then starts to smear the shit, spreading it over her skin with her hands, relishing the sensation.

Kim continues to defecate, the piles growing larger. She uses her fingers to dig into the mess, smearing it further. The sight of her covered in feces is gripping. After thoroughly coating herself, she takes a moment to admire the results before moving on to clean up. During the cleanup, she mentions downloading similar videos to watch later, and even references pooping girls porn as another favorite.
