Sarah - Diarrhea Kaviar Vomit: 120 Extra Farts in One Extreme Scat

Sarah is already in the bathroom, her body glistening with sweat. She squats over the toilet, and a stream of liquid poop flows out, splashing into the bowl. Her face contorts with effort as she goes on to defecate, the diarrhea piling up. Sarah then reaches down, scooping up handfuls of the mess and working it across her skin.

She moans in satisfaction as the warm feces coats her thighs and stomach. Next, Sarah bends over and vomits, the liquid mixing with the poop. She rubs the combined mess all over her body, creating a truly grimy mess. As the clip progresses, she lets out 120 extra farts, each one adding to the aroma. For those who enjoy dirty movie scat clips, this video is a stash of scatting and smearing.
